Meeting Checklist
Are you ready for a superb meeting?

To help you ensure everything goes smoothly for your engagement with Vince, we've provided the following checklist - just to ensure nothing has been overlooked - so you'll look like a superstar!

• You confirmed the exact time, date and location of Vince's presentation with VPI
• You filled out Vince's Pre-meeting Questionnaire to provide him with background on your company and details of the event. If not, click the link above.
• You sent Vince additional background information on your company. (Annual and quarterly reports, company brochures, new employee packages, etc.)
• You sent a copy of your meeting program/agenda. Are there any last minute changes or additions he should be aware of (ie. additional speakers, etc.)?
• You have all of the logos, photos, bios and other information you need to promote the event. (If you require something that is not found on our website, please email us.)
• You booked all of the A/V equipment and staging Vince requires.
• You gave the AV technician a copy of Vince's A/V cues.
• You have confirmed accommodation and travel arrangements, including local ground transportation to and from your meeting venue.
• You are clear on the contract requirements for payment of Vince's fee (deposit and balance)?
• You arranged for each attendee to receive Vince's books, tapes or other tools as gifts (at your discretion).
• You received copies of Vince's presentation handout and Vince Poscente "sport cards".
• You selected someone who is a strong speaker, and at ease in front of large audiences, to introduce Vince, and you provided them a copy of
• Vince's Introduction to rehearse with?
• You arranged for each attendee to receive Vince's books or tapes as gifts. OR you arranged to have a table set up in the back where your audience can obtain Vince's books, tapes and other tools.
• You are relaxed, prepared and ready to have some fun!
