As the closing keynote speaker at AIAG’s Quality Summit, Vince Poscente tailored his message to a diverse group of quality professionals and leaders from automotive manufacturers and suppliers.  His 45-minute address captivated our attendees, got people out of their chairs, and then, as we were laughing about trying to get 300 people turned in the same direction in a tuck, brought in the life lesson that we cannot let the bumps in the mountain define who we are.  We received very enthusiastic and positive feedback from our attendees.  It was a privilege having Vince keynote our Summit and we look forward to having him at future AIAG activities.
