Are you having trouble sleeping at night?
You know why? Your mind's racing, it's got all sorts of things in your mind and just saying, "Oh, I'm just going to let it go and figure it out tomorrow.” It's just not working to stare at the ceiling for hours.
Here's a solution, three things you need to do, in fact, do all three of these things.
First, break the pattern. Get out of bed, have a glass of water, come back to bed.
Second, review all the things you're grateful for. Go through a list of all the things you're grateful for. That takes your mind off what the problems are and onto what you're grateful for.
The third piece, if something's really truly on your mind, put it out there and say, "Hey, can you guys figure this out while I go to sleep?" Then trust that in the morning those solutions will come to you.
Do all those three things, you'll have a great, wonderful sleep.
