You know what's behind me? That's a little creek, a little opportunity that I take to get away from my office right behind it. I work for about an hour and then I come down to the creek for about five or 10 minutes and just take a break.
The brain is kind of like a snow globe. When you're working, working, working, it's sort of like shaking it all up. But there are smart flakes in this snow globe of yours and they can actually settle into the place they need to when you take that break.
That is an important thing. Wherever you take that break, whether it's going to make a cup of coffee, whether it's just relaxing, taking a backyard tour (or following up on a little honey-do) whatever that is, take that little break.
So while you're taking a break, I might be taking a break at the exact same time at my little creek.
All right, you take care. Happy camping.
